To use Orderee, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You must not share your account with any other person
- Orderee reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Our Service
Orderee provides the following on-demand delivery services
- Food delivery from partner restaurants
- Medicine and pharmaceutical product delivery from licensed pharmacies
- Grocery and everyday essentials delivery
- Real-time order tracking and delivery status updates
Orderee acts as a platform connecting customers with vendors and riders. We are not directly responsible for the quality, accuracy, or availability of products listed by third-party vendors.
Ordering & Payment
- All prices displayed on the app include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Orders once placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled without valid reason
- We accept cash on delivery, debit/credit cards, and supported digital wallets
- Orderee is not liable for failed transactions due to bank or gateway issues
- Promotional discounts and vouchers are subject to individual terms and cannot be combined unless specified
- In case of overcharging, users may raise a dispute within 24 hours of the transaction
Delivery Policy
- We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL/TLS encryption to protect your data during transmission. Payment details are never stored on our servers and are processed exclusively through certified payment gEstimated delivery times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high demand
- Orderee is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the user
- If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable, re-delivery may incur additional charges
- Delivery is available only within designated service areas shown in the app
- Riders are not permitted to enter private premises without the customer’s explicit consentateways. Our systems undergo regular security audits to identify and address potential vulnerabilities, ensuring your information stays safe at all times.
Acceptable Use Policy
When using Orderee, you agree NOT to
- Use the app for any unlawful or fraudulent activity
- Place fake or repeated orders with no intention to receive them
- Harass, abuse, or threaten Orderee staff, riders, or vendor partners
- Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the app’s functionality
- Use automated bots or scripts to access the platform
- Submit false reviews or manipulate the rating system
Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension and legal action where applicable.
Change to Terms
Orderee reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When significant changes are made, we will notify users via app notification or email at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the app after changes are implemented constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
